Terms and Conditions

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These terms cover the Premium Voice website and the Premium Voice answering service. By using either, you agree to them. We've written them the way we run the service — plainly.

The service

Premium Voice is an AI answering service for small businesses. For each client business, we build and operate an AI receptionist that answers the business's calls — and, on the Pro plan, its texts — from the business's own published number. The agent introduces itself as the business's AI assistant, answers questions from a knowledge base the client has approved and from the client's live inventory where connected, takes complete messages, captures appointment and quote requests for the client to confirm, and hands callers to the client warm — briefed and introduced, never cold-transferred. The agent does not complete sales, does not book appointments on its own, and never takes card numbers by voice; payments are handled through secure payment links.

Calls and texts handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed. Those records belong to the client business's customer relationship and are delivered to the client in its monthly reporting and on request.

Where the service stands

Premium Voice is a new service, and we say so plainly: we are onboarding our first shops now, in stages — after-hours and missed-call coverage first, then overflow, then full first-answer coverage once the early calls run clean. Pilot-stage or not, the obligations in these terms apply in full to every client we serve.

Pricing

As published on our pricing page: a one-time setup fee of $1,995, then a monthly plan — Core at $349/month or Pro at $499/month. Call and text usage beyond the plan is billed at cost plus 10%, itemized in the monthly report so every charge can be checked. If pricing changes, existing clients hear it from us directly, before it takes effect for them.

What we ask of clients

The agent can only be as accurate as the information it's given. Clients agree to provide accurate business information, review and approve their knowledge base before go-live, keep us current on changes (hours, policies, closures), and keep their number forwarding arranged as set up during onboarding. Each client is responsible for its own compliance with the laws of its trade and for the accuracy of what it sells and promises its customers.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to deceive callers. The agent identifies itself as an AI assistant, and clients may not ask us to configure it to pretend otherwise.
  • Texting through the service is conversational — replies to customers who reach out first. It may not be used for promotional blasts, spam, or messaging anyone who hasn't opted in.
  • Don't attempt to extract other clients' information through the service, disrupt it, or resell it without our written agreement.
  • Website content is provided for general information. Don't copy the site in a way that misrepresents it as your own service.

Texting terms (SMS program)

Program name: Premium Voice. Premium Voice operates a conversational texting program for itself and on behalf of client businesses whose phone lines it answers.

  • Message types: conversational customer-care replies — answers to questions you asked, confirmation that a message was received, callback and appointment follow-ups, and similar responses to a conversation you started by calling or texting the business, asking for text follow-up, or opting in through a web form.
  • Message frequency varies with the conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How texting data is handled is covered in our Privacy Policy: numbers collected for texting are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Limits, in plain terms

The service is provided as available and as described here. The agent works from verified information and is built never to guess — when it doesn't know, it takes a message instead — but no answering service, human or AI, gets every conversation perfect, and we don't warrant that every answer will be error-free. You're responsible for the business decisions you make from the messages and reports we deliver.

To the extent the law allows, Premium Voice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, or similar — arising from use of the service or this website, and our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes that affect existing clients' pricing or core obligations will be communicated to those clients directly before they take effect.
