Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 5, 2026
Premium Voice is an AI answering service for small shops. We answer calls and texts on behalf of client businesses, in their name, from their published numbers. That work puts us in contact with personal information — ours, our clients', and their customers'. This page says, in plain language, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.
What we collect
From this website. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your shop's name and trade, and the message you write. The form is handled by our website host (Netlify Forms). You can always email us instead at nick@mypremiumvoice.com — anything you send us by email is collected the same way.
On behalf of client businesses. When our agent answers a call or text for a client shop, we handle the caller's name and phone number, the content of the conversation, call recordings and transcripts, and any message or request the caller leaves — for example, an appointment request, a stock question, or a callback number. We collect this for the client business whose line was called, so the shop can follow up with its own customer.
Basic technical records. This website runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (pages requested, timestamps, and similar technical details) the way any website host does.
How we use it
We use information to run the answering service: answering calls and texts, delivering messages and callback requests to the client business, producing the client's monthly report, responding to inquiries sent to us, and keeping the service working and secure. Client call data is used for that client — to serve their customers and report back to them — and for nothing else.
What we never do
- We never sell personal information. Not website inquiries, not caller information, not client data. Ever.
- We never share information for anyone else's marketing. No third party gets your details from us to advertise to you.
- We never take card numbers by voice. Calls are recorded, so payment details stay out of them. Payments connected to the service are handled through secure payment links only.
The only sharing that happens is with the service providers required to operate — the phone and AI providers that carry and process the calls and texts, and our website host — and they handle the information only to provide the service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Texting (SMS)
Premium Voice's texting is conversational customer care. When a customer of a business we answer for reaches out — by calling or texting the business's number, by asking for text follow-up during a call, or by opting in through a web form — the business's number may reply by text: answering questions, confirming a message was received, arranging a callback, or following up on a request the customer started.
- Message frequency varies — texts are replies within a conversation you started, not a broadcast program.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact the business you were texting.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to buy anything from us or from a business we answer for.
- Phone numbers collected for texting are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
We never send promotional text blasts. If a number you're texting with belongs to one of our client businesses, that business is the sender of record, and Premium Voice operates the texting on their behalf under the same rules.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected. Website inquiries are kept while we're in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward. For client businesses, call recordings, transcripts, and messages are kept while the service is active and for a reasonable period after it ends, so the client has the record of its own customer conversations and we can meet ordinary business and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or strip out the identifying details.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a service of our size: access to call data is limited to the people who run the service and to the client business the data belongs to, and accounts are protected with current sign-in security. No system is perfect, and we can't promise that information is immune to every possible attack — but protecting it is part of the job, and we treat it that way.
Your choices, and asking for deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nick@mypremiumvoice.com and we'll act on it. If your information came through a call or text to one of our client businesses, tell us which business — we process that data on their behalf, and we'll pass your request to them and carry it out with them. Opting out of texts is always immediate: reply STOP.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how client call data or texting information is handled will be flagged to affected clients directly.
